WHAT IS THE CLient MEMBERSHIP AND DO I NEED IT?
All clients are required to have T1F Client Membership. This is a monthly membership which gives you access to train with your select trainer. In addition, clients get access to Saturday Bootcamp classes, Hyrox training classes, and pop-up events! Billing occurs monthly on auto-renew. All cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

Create an account on our app.
Under the memberships tab- purchase a Trial Package or T1F Membership.
Book a class with your trainer.
Does each trainer charge the same rate?
Training rates all vary based on the trainer and the frequency of your sessions. Head over to the trainer page to get in contact with the trainer you are interested in!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR a session?
Come to your session in breathable athletic clothing, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle. We will provide the rest for you - we have all of the necessary equipment such as bands, barbell pads, and more to aid with your workout.
Do you offer beginner friendly options?
Yes! Each of our trainers has their own unique approach, but we are all here to guide you along your journey. We offer group classes, and private training as well.
